Korean Pavilion at the Venice Biennale: KOO JEONG A - ODORAMA CITIES

About the Video

Watch KOO JEONG A and their collaborators explain the process of constructing the 2024 Korean Pavilion at the Venice Biennale. Collecting approximately 600 global and regional scent memories, the exhibition space serves to reconstruct the aromas of the Korean peninsula. These invisible yet potent scents fill the atmosphere, allowing memories to unfurl and time to meander, exploring the intricacies of our spatial experiences in how we perceive and remember spaces.
