This film introduces the artists and ideas behind Hyundai Translocal Series: Entangled and Woven, first presented at Cheongju Craft Biennale 2025. Featuring eight artists and collectives from Korea and India, the exhibition highlights contemporary textile art as a transhistoric and translocal lens for examining global histories of exchange and their legacies. Through research trips, collaborations with artisans, and experiments with technique, each new work reflects a shared spirit of exploration and connection across regions.
